Achieve IT AI Email is an AI-powered email assistant for small and mid-sized businesses. After you securely connect your Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, it reads your incoming messages to sort and prioritize them, draft replies in your own voice for your review, and flag anything that needs a human — so your team spends less time in the inbox and more time running the business.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Is the AI going to send emails I don't want sent?

Not unless you tell it to. The default is Draft: every reply lands in your queue for you to review before anything goes out. When you trust the results, you can move up to Hybrid (auto-reply on the safe categories you pick, drafts on the rest) or Full Auto. Full Auto-Reply is locked behind a 30-day trust-building period and a checklist, so by the time you flip it, you've seen exactly what it would have sent.

What happens to my emails? Are they used to train AI models?

Honest answer: it depends on the AI model tier you're on. On the standard Starter, Growth, and Scale plans, your emails are sent to a third-party AI model provider that may use them as training data per the provider's own terms. Achieve IT itself doesn't read your emails (every Achieve staff access requires a logged support session and shows up in your Support History), and we don't train our own models on your data. But the provider's training policy is theirs, not ours.

If you need a contractual no-training guarantee, regulated industry, sensitive customer data, competitive-intel concerns, we can put you on a different AI model that won't train on your content. It's a premium tier with custom pricing. Contact us for a quote.

Can I see what the AI is doing on my account?

Yes. Every reply, draft, flag, and pause is logged. Every time someone from Achieve IT signs in to your tenant (for support), you see who, when, why, and what they did, in your Support History. You can't delete those entries. That's the point.

What if it gets something wrong?

Pause it (one click), reply to the email Josh sent you, and we'll fix it, usually same day. We tune the assistant from real cases your business runs into, not from synthetic test data.

Do I have to use Gmail or Outlook?

Those are the easy paths. We also support generic IMAP, which covers Zoho, Fastmail, iCloud, and most custom mail servers. If you're not sure, send us your provider name and we'll tell you in a sentence.

What's the difference between mailboxes and users?

Two independent limits on every plan. A mailbox is an email address you connect to the assistant (like [email protected] or [email protected]). A user is a person who can sign in to the portal to review drafts, edit settings, or manage billing. They don't have to match up. On Growth (25 of each), you could have 5 teammates each owning 5 mailboxes, or 1 teammate owning all 25, or 25 teammates each owning 1, whatever fits your team. Disconnect a mailbox and the slot frees up right away.

Can I cancel?

Yes, monthly. The setup fee isn't refundable once setup is complete, but the monthly is. Cancel any time and we disconnect at the end of the cycle. No retention games, no exit fees.
