Drone Photography & Videography
Some things you can’t explain from the ground.
How big the yard actually is. How far the build has come since March. We fly it, cut it, and send the files back the same week.
A camera on the ground shows you a wall. Useful, but it’s a wall.
Go up two hundred feet and the scale, the setting and the property line stop needing an explanation.
What we shoot
Nine things we get hired to shoot.
Most of it from the air, some of it standing on the ground. Either way it’s the same people and the same three-day turnaround.
Real estate listings
The packaged one. Stills, a flyover, lot lines, and a twilight option, priced and delivered the same way every time.
Construction progress
Repeat flights from the same GPS points, so month three lines up with month one frame for frame. It’s marketing until there’s a dispute, and then it’s evidence.
Land & site context
Some parcels just don’t photograph from a truck window. We shoot boundary overlays, access routes and top-down orthos.
Landscape & outdoor builds
Hardscape, pools, decks, acreage yards. Ground-level photos never show the whole build; from above you get the shape of it.
Your business from the air
The yard, the fleet, the crew on site. The establishing shot that makes a fifteen-person company look established.
Property documentation
A dated visual record of a roof, a lot or a site, for insurance files and condition reports. Worth having on file the day someone disputes what it looked like.
Film & television
We work as the aerial unit for productions shooting in and around Calgary. Establishing shots, location plates, whatever’s on the list. You get the raw files.
Commercials
Brand spots for web, broadcast and paid social. We shoot aerial where it helps and ground coverage where it doesn’t, then cut it in the aspect ratios you’re actually buying.
Professional photography
Not everything needs a drone. Headshots, product, facilities and events, shot from the ground by the same people.
Featured package · for listing agents
Your listing, from up.
The one we run most. Cinematic footage and aerial stills that make buyers stop scrolling. Booked this week, on the MLS in three days.
Aerial stills
Twelve edited hero photos: front, side, rear, and the neighbourhood context that sells the address as much as the house.
Cinematic flyover
A 45-second tour set to licensed music with your branding on the outro. Cut separately for MLS, Instagram and YouTube, so you’re not cropping anything yourself.
Lot lines
Overhead stills with the property boundaries overlaid. Buyers stop asking where the yard ends, and irregular lots finally look like an asset.
Twilight option
A second flight at golden or blue hour. The shot every agent wants on the feature sheet and almost nobody books in time.
Send us the address. That’s the whole intake. You don’t need to coordinate a site visit or schedule around the seller.
How it works
Three steps, and two of them are ours.
Tell us what to shoot
An address, or a job site and what you want it to show. We pull the lot dimensions, check the airspace, and confirm a window back to you the same day.
We fly it
Usually inside 48 hours, weather allowing. Nobody needs to meet us there. We work from the exterior and never go inside.
Files land in 72 hours
One download link: full-resolution stills, web-sized stills, and video in the aspect ratios you actually post. Bigger projects get a date in writing instead.
Where we fly
No travel fee inside the ring.
Flat rate across the city and the bedroom communities. Farther out (foothills, acreages, the corridor) just ask and we’ll quote you the drive.
Tell us what you want shot.
An address or a job site is enough to start. We’ll confirm a flight window the same day.
Operating in compliance with Transport Canada drone regulations.
